A Social Media Manager crafts and executes strategies to boost online presence and engagement. They create content, manage posts, analyze data, and engage with audiences across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, XHS, Youtube to enhance brand awareness and drive marketing goals.
Responsibilities
- Create, edit, publish and share engaging contents daily on social media channels
- Manage social media channels daily, including respond to post comments and queries
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Identify and partner with influencers to strengthen brand awareness
- Stay current with market trends in social media, and study how competitors are doing across all social media channels
- Monitor social media channels performance and generate reports and analytics monthly
Requirements
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 1 Year working experience in the related field is required
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong creative skills with the ability to produce visually appealing designs
- Have experience in content management and Canva
- Ability to work independentlyGood copywriting skill, especially English and Mandarin
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Have own transport
