Operations Admin
The operations administrator oversees customer inquiries, manages orders and returns, coordinates with logistics for timely deliveries, updates product listings, performs data entry in ERP systems, communicates customer issues internally, and handles diverse administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries, via phone or email
- Manage orders, returns, exchanges, ensuring a smooth transaction process
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Manage product listings (set availability and update product details)
- Data entry into ERP system
- Liaise with internal teams to report any issues raised by customers
- Perform a range of administrative tasks to support the company daily operations
Requirements
- Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent
- Have working experience in any e-commerce operations or goods distribution or related fields
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and able to multi-task
- Team player with strong follow-up and time management skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Have own transport
